I am Johannes Kiessler and I help founders and companies in creating a culture of innovation and change. Designing Innovation is about developing strategies for meaningful products and services, and assisting them with their implementation.
People are increasingly in search of products that can deliver meaning and cultural innovation. To me, a product is beautiful by how it looks and by how it works – no matter if it is digital or physical. Also, I really enjoy being part of a successful venture: a process in which different people come together and share a vision that carries them to transform a concept into something real and tangible. I find a lot of beauty in business, too: great business is the result of visionary and responsible leadership, a dedicated team and a fair and humane environment in which people can collaborate with each other trustfully and respectfully.
